Hair Salon in Denville, NJ

I cannot thank Lizeth (Liz) enough for transforming my hair! I’ve been to plenty of salons and was trying to find a new colorist - having thick, blonde hair, it’s extremely hard to find someone who not only does a great job coloring, but also takes their time with your cut as well.

Upon arrival, I was met by Liz and the receptionist with a smile. The salon is gorgeous - very open, simple, and clean. They have a cute area with chairs, couches, and a drink station, and between Liz and her assistant for my appointment, Amanda, they routinely asked if I needed anything throughout my appointment. The wash station was very clean and kept nicely, and everything felt very sanitary.

Again, I have very thick, blonde hair and it had been a while since my last coloring (over 6-months), so you can imagine that when I had called to mention that to the receptionist, he noted it in my appointment and I’m thankful he actually did. I was there for a little over ~4 hours but Liz worked her magic.

She was talkative and had a great conversation throughout my appointment. I especially loved that she walked me through what she was doing and why she was doing it. Their coloring process is a bit different but the results are gorgeous - I’ve never received so many compliments on my color. All of their equipment also seemed very new too, some quite futuristic looking (like the thing that heats up your foils). The sink and chair for hair washing was very comfortable.

The assistant that was helping Liz, Amanda, was also wonderful. Great conversationalist and she also walked me through what she was doing as well. I was super happy when she jumped in to help blow dry my hair, which usually takes forever but they both tackled my service with ease.

It’s been about 3 weeks since my haircut and I can honestly say that my hair has never looked better - between the color and the aftercare Liz told me to use, I am over the moon with how it turned out! I don’t see any breakage in the front and the color is still very blonde. It feels super healthy too!

I would highly recommend Liz for any coloring and cut service, she did a fabulous job of transforming my blonde hair!
